Twins Triumph Over Dodgers

What a game, Twins fans! We faced off against the Dodgers and emerged victorious with a final score of 10-7! The first inning was a bit of a stalemate, but things really kicked off in the second inning when our boys started piling on the runs. Shoutout to Carlos Correa for reaching on an infield single, which set the stage, and Christian Vazquez who had a clutch double that drove in two runs. 😤

Maintaining the Pressure

The Dodgers put up a fight, especially in the 4th inning when Andy Pages hit a three-run bomb to tie the game. But no worries, Twins fans—our team kept their composure. The 6th inning was a turning point for us as we bounced back with multiple walks and strategic plays, allowing us to regain the lead. Kudos to Royce Lewis for being consistent as the pressure mounted. 💪

Closing the Deal

The 7th and 8th innings were all about defense and smart pitching. Jovani Moran and Jhoan Duran did a great job keeping the Dodgers in check. And let’s not forget Ty France, whose crucial double in the 9th extended our lead. The Dodgers tried for a late comeback, capped by a two-run homer from Shohei Ohtani, but it wasn't enough to catch us. The Twins held it together to the end and left the Dodgers in the dust! 🎉

Here's to more thrilling wins ahead! Keep that energy high, Twins Nation! 🌟
