Tough one tonight, Twins fans. We played a nail-biter against the Oakland Athletics, but we came up just short, losing 5-6.1st Inning: Twins Draw First Blood
Willi Castro got us started with a double to center. After Carlos Correa grounded out and advanced Castro to third, Trevor Larnach brought him home with a groundout to second. The Athletics responded in the bottom half, tying it up when Tyler Soderstrom singled to right, driving in Abraham Toro.2nd to 4th Inning: Defensive Battle
Both teams demonstrated strong defense in innings two through four, with neither side managing to add another run to the scoreboard. Our guys had some hits but couldn't string them together.5th Inning: Athletics Take the Lead

In a thrilling top of the 7th, Willi Castro came up huge with a three-run homer to right, putting us in the lead 5-4! Christian Vázquez and Austin Martin scored on the play, giving us new life!8th Inning: The Crushing Blow
Unfortunately, our joy was short-lived. Daz Cameron pinch-ran and scored on Shea Langeliers' two-run homer to left, putting the Athletics back on top 6-5.9th Inning: Heartbreaker Finale
We had our last chance in the top of the 9th, but unfortunately, Willi Castro, Carlos Correa, and Trevor Larnach couldn't get on base, sealing our narrow defeat.Tough loss, but let's keep our heads up and bounce back strong! Go Twins!
