Twins Claim Victory Over Rays!
Our beloved Minnesota Twins secured a solid win against the Tampa Bay Rays, closing the game with a score of 4-2.
The game started strong with Trevor Larnach doubling to right, followed by Carlos Correa reaching on an infield single which set the stage for Brooks Lee’s sacrifice fly that brought Larnach home, putting the Twins up 1-0 in the first inning. The highlight of the second inning came with Kody Clemens hammering a solo home run to center field that traveled an impressive 415 feet, extending our lead to 2-0!
The Rays tried to fight back but our defense was strong, with standout plays from Jonathan Aranda being caught stealing home, thanks to our sharp fielders and Ryan Jeffers behind the plate.Sealing the Win
The game stayed competitive, with Carlos Correa leading another charge with a key double in the eighth inning and Ty France bringing him home with a clutch single, adding to our advantage. Our bullpen held firm, with Griffin Jax striking out the side in the 8th and Jhoan Duran shutting the door in the 9th, clinching the victory.
