Dominant Win Against the Mets!
What a game, Bucs fans! The Pittsburgh Pirates delivered an impressive performance, taking down the New York Mets 8-2 at PNC Park!Pitching Mastery Early On 
Pirates pitcher was in the zone from the get-go! Striking out the side in the 1st inning, we set the tone early, and the Mets couldn't find any footing. Double plays and routine outs kept the Mets scoreless through the first five innings.Explosive 4th Inning 
Our offense came alive in the 4th inning! A walk to Andrew McCutchen was followed by a massive 431-foot homer by Oneil Cruz, giving us a solid 2-0 lead. The energy at PNC was electric!Resilient Response to Mets' Rally 
Though the Mets tied the game in the top of the 6th inning with a two-run homer from Nimmo, our Bucs answered back fiercely in the bottom of the inning. It all started with Reynolds walking and getting moved to third by Cruz's single. Rowdy Tellez then brought in Reynolds, followed by a clutch double from Nick Gonzales that saw two more runs thanks to a fielding error! Joshua Palacios joined the party with a solo homer, making it 7-2!Closing the Door 
The bullpen did their job splendidly, with the closer Honeywell coming in the 9th inning. Despite a scare with a single from Vientos, we turned two fielder's choices and a foul out to finish strong, holding the Mets to just two runs.Key Players 
Oneil Cruz had a fantastic game, with that monster homer and some solid defense. Our boy Nick Gonzales, too, came through in the clutch moments and Joshua Palacios's solo shot was just the cherry on top.On to the Next One
