Yankees Start Strong with Judge's Power
What a start it was, Yankees fans!
Orioles' Response Dims Yankees' Momentum
Unfortunately, the Orioles came fighting back in the 2nd inning, determined not to let us run away with it. Ryan Mountcastle and Ramon Urías both went deep, adding to the damage and putting the Orioles ahead 4-2 by the end of that inning
Goldschmidt's Solo Shot Keeps Us Close
Paul Goldschmidt kept us hopeful with his own showcase of power in the 5th inning. He hammered a solo homer to center, reducing the deficit to 4-3 and giving the Yankees a fighting chance to reclaim the lead. That swing injected a dose of energy right when we needed it.Judge's Late RBI Isn't Enough
In the 7th inning, our leader, Aaron Judge, came through again with a clutch RBI single bringing Oswald Peraza home, closing the gap to 5-4 and making it a nail-biting finish for us fans. However, despite that valiant effort and some more promising moments, our final attempts in the 8th and 9th innings fell short of turning the game around. Conclusion
The Orioles ultimately edged us out with a 5-4 victory, but there are still positives to draw from this one. Judge was in beast mode again, and Paul Goldschmidt showed why he's a valuable asset to the lineup.
