The Rivalry Continues
What a game, folks! Today, our beloved Boston Red Sox took on the New York Yankees, and it was nothing short of exhilarating. The Sox clinched a 2-0 victory, proving once again that Fenway Park is our fortress!

The action truly kicked off in the bottom of the first inning. Rob Refsnyder managed to reach first base due to a fielding error by Yankees' Anthony Volpe. Although Rafael Devers grounded into a double play, Romy González immediately ignited the spirits of Sox fans with a thrilling triple to right field. This was quickly followed by Trevor Story singling to left, bringing González in for the first run. 1-0 to Boston!
Sealing the Deal
The pivotal moment arrived in the bottom of the fifth inning when Rafael Devers smashed a solo homer to left center, extending our lead to 2-0. The roar at Fenway was something to behold—Devers truly delivered magic for the home fans.
Nailing the Victory
Our pitching was phenomenal! The Yankees struggled to find their rhythm as batsmen, with Aaron Judge striking out multiple times. Garrett Whitlock provided some excellent relief, ensuring the Yankees remained scoreless to the end. The top of the ninth sealed the deal as Cody Bellinger, Jazz Chisholm Jr., and Anthony Volpe were shut down, confirming our victory. Our defense and pitchers were just dominant today!
