Strong Start from the Yankees
The game began a bit shaky for the White Sox. After a walk to Alex Verdugo and a wild pitch that advanced him to second, Aaron Judge doubled to left field to bring in Verdugo and put the Yankees up 1-0. Luckily, Caleb Bush held his ground, and the Yankees couldn't capitalize further.White Sox Bounce Back in the Bottom of the 1st
Our boys answered back immediately! Nicky Lopez walked and made his way around the bases thanks to a clutch double from Andrew Benintendi. Benintendi then scored from a Gavin Sheets double to bring us into the lead 2-1. Great hustle from the lineup!
Defensive Gems Keep Yankees at Bay
Despite some pressure from the Yankees, including a throwing error by Dominic Fletcher in the 2nd inning, our defense held strong, preventing any significant damage. Corey Julks had a great throw to catch Jaz Chisholm Jr. and keep the game in control.White Sox Extend the Lead
The bats came alive in the 4th inning with Korey Lee launching a homer to left field. The crowd erupted, and energy was electric! Nicky Lopez also drove in Dominic Fletcher with a single, giving us a comfortable 4-1 lead.Yankees Narrow the Gap but Sox Pull Away
While Anthony Volpe managed to score off an infield single in the 5th to make it 4-2, the White Sox were quick to respond. Gavin Sheets doubled again to drive in Andrew Benintendi, bringing the score to 5-2.Seventh-Inning Magic 
The seventh inning was pure magic for us! After singles from Sheets, Lee, Fletcher, and Julks, and a three-run homer from Brooks Baldwin, the Sox put up a massive 6 runs! 
This extended our lead to a commanding 11-2. Locking It Down
Our bullpen held strong with clutch innings from Anderson, Leone, and Wilson. Even though Wells and Torres tried to start something in the 9th with back-to-back walks, a timely strikeout and groundout sealed the deal.Final Score: White Sox 12 - Yankees 2
