Starting off, the Yankees managed an early solo home run from Cody Bellinger in the top of the first to lead 1-0. But we didn’t let that deter us! In our half of the inning, Jonah Bride and Kyle Stowers teamed up with some solid base hits to even the score. Griffin Conine then walked to put us ahead 2-1. The third inning saw Matt Mervis rocket a homer to extend our lead to 3-1! The Yankees got a run back, but we answered right back in the fourth with a spectacular solo shot from Graham Pauley!

Our bullpen came through strong today, with relentless pitching that kept the Yankees at bay! After allowing just a couple of runs early on, the likes of Gonzalez, Bergin, and Sellinger secured the scoreline, not allowing any Yankee comebacks.
