The Yankees started off strong, with Jazz Chisholm Jr. and J.C. Escarra both hammering homers in the 3rd inning, putting us down 1-4. But we Cardinals never back down so easily! We answered back with a mighty home run by Alec Burleson in the 2nd, and Nolan Gorman's clutch 4th inning homer brought us right back into the game, cutting the deficit to 3-4. It was already shaping up to be a battle of the bats!
