A Thrilling Start for the Orioles
What a game, Orioles fans!
The excitement was palpable right from the start. With Gunnar Henderson walking to first in the bottom of the 1st inning, it set the stage for our offensive prowess. Then came the mighty swing by Adley Rutschman, sending the ball soaring 377 feet into the right center for a two-run homer! 
It didn’t stop there, as Ryan Mountcastle stepped up and blasted a solo home run 433 feet to the center. Our boys jumped to an early 3-0 lead over the Athletics, showing who's boss! 
Dominant Defense Holds Strong
The defense was rock-solid through the following innings. Our pitching crew kept the Athletics at bay with strikeouts and forceful plays. Coby Mayo and Dylan Carlson were turning outs like clockwork. The Athletics managed to scrape a run in the 5th inning with a sacrifice fly, but overall our pitching staff shut them down with style! Hats off to the crew for holding the Athletics to only 2 runs.
️Closing it Out in Style
As the tension reached its peak in the 9th inning, Colby Thomas pinch-hit for the Athletics with hopes of a rally. But not today!
Zac Lowther came in cool as ever and showed no mercy by striking out Thomas and ensuring no further runs were scored. The Orioles proved to be the victors with a final score of 3-2, a well-deserved win for our team! 
Orioles’ fans, we can revel in this victory as we continue to cheer on our team for more successes. Let's keep the momentum going!
