Astros Take Down Athletics with a Strong 8th Inning! 
What a game, Astros fans! We came out on top with a 6-3 win over the Oakland Athletics thanks to a huge 8th inning! Let's break down how our boys sealed the victory. 
Early Pitching Duel and Solid Defense
The game kicked off with some solid pitching and tight defense. Jon Singleton had a bit of a rough start with a throwing error, but our defense stayed strong to keep the Athletics off the board. In the bottom of the 2nd, Jason Heyward put us on the map with a two-run homer, bringing Singleton home after his ground rule double. We led 2-0.Valdez Holds the Line
Framber Valdez was looking great on the mound, keeping the Athletics from scoring through the first five innings with some clutch strikeouts and groundouts.Athletics Try to Rally
The 7th inning saw some action from the Athletics as they managed to get a run across with Daz Cameron's single. But our bullpen came through; Bryan Abreu and Ryan Pressly kept it together. However, the A's managed to tie it up in the 8th with a 420-foot homer by Brent Rooker.Astros Explode in the 8th! 
In the bottom of the 8th, Yainer Diaz and Kyle Tucker set the stage with some crucial hits. Jon Singleton broke the tie with a single to center, scoring Diaz. Jake Meyers followed with a double, bringing Tucker home and putting us ahead 4-2. The final blow came from Mauricio Dubón who singled to left, allowing two more runs to score. We ended the inning with a commanding 6-2 lead. Shutting It Down
Josh Hader came in to close it out in the 9th, giving up a solo homer to Tyler Nevin, but he quickly regained control to secure the final outs. What a fantastic finish by our Astros!Final Thoughts
