What a game, fellow Angels fans! We pulled off a thrilling 7-5 victory over the Oakland Athletics! Let's dive into the recap of today's action.Slow Start, But Strong Comeback 
The game didn't start in our favor. We fell behind 2-0 by the end of the 3rd inning. But no worries, our boys were just warming up! The 4th inning was where we truly turned the game around. Willie Calhoun kicked things off with a ground-rule double. Then, Logan O'Hoppe and Zach Neto added base hits to get us on the board. And just when we needed it, Mickey Moniak blasted a grand slam to right center, giving us a commanding 5-2 lead and bringing the crowd to their feet!
Unstoppable Defense and Crucial Hits 
Our defense was clutch today. Key plays like Luis Guillorme's ground out and Nolan Schanuel's single in the 3rd inning kept the Athletics from scoring more. Huge shoutouts to Hunter Strickland, Félix Peña, José Marte, and Cristopher Sanchez for their solid relief efforts on the mound. Another big moment was Taylor Ward's solo home run in the 7th, pushing our lead to 7-3 and ensuring we kept the momentum. You could feel the energy in the stadium every time our guys stepped up to the plate!
Closing it Out with a Flourish 
The Athletics did make a push in the 8th inning, closing the gap to 7-5. But our bullpen held strong. Ben Joyce and Carlos Estévez showed their nerves of steel, especially Estévez who sealed the deal with a strikeout to end the 9th inning.It's always a great day when we send our fans home happy with a win.
