The Seattle Mariners clinched a thrilling victory over the Oakland Athletics with a final score of 2-1. It was a nail-biter that had us on the edge of our seats until the last out!Defensive Battle Through the Early Innings
The game started as a defensive showdown, with neither team scoring in the first three innings. Victor Robles had a couple of great infield singles, but it wasn't enough to crack the Athletics' defense early on. Our pitchers did a fantastic job keeping the Athletics at bay despite some close calls.Rodríguez Leads the Comeback!
The Athletics struck first with a home run by Tyler Soderstrom in the fourth inning. But our Mariners weren't ready to back down. In the bottom of the 6th, Julio Rodríguez electrified the crowd as he hit a massive 438-foot homer to left field, bringing in Victor Robles and turning the score 2-1 in our favor!

Our bullpen came in to shut down any late attempts from the Athletics. Solid pitching performances from Santos, Thornton, and the closing mastery of Muñoz kept the Athletics scoreless for the remaining innings.
