Soderstrom Shines Momentarily
One of the bright spots for us came in the top of the 4th inning when Tyler Soderstrom launched a solo home run to left center

Mariners' Rally
Our lead didn't hold for long— in the bottom of the 6th, Julio Rodríguez crushed a two-run homer, driving in Victor Robles to put the Mariners ahead 2-1. Ultimately, the Mariners came out on top in a tightly contested 2-1 game. We had some chances, like when Seth Brown walked in the 8th inning, but couldn't capitalize when it mattered. Props to our pitchers for holding the Mariners to just a couple of runs, and a special shoutout to our man Tyler Soderstrom for giving us something to cheer about. Better luck next time, A's!
