Tough Loss for the A's Against the Mariners 
It was a disappointing outing for our Oakland Athletics as we fell to the Seattle Mariners 6-4. Despite a strong late-game rally, we couldn't quite complete the comeback.Pitching Struggles Early On 
Our bats were silent through the first few innings, but it was the bottom of the 4th where things started to fall apart. With two outs, Cal Raleigh singled to right and Randy Arozarena doubled, moving Raleigh to third. Justin Turner then hit a ground-rule double, bringing both runners home and putting the Mariners up 2-0.Disastrous 5th Inning 
The bottom of the 5th was a nightmare for us. A combination of hits and a wild pitch allowed the Mariners to score four more runs. Victor Robles doubled, Julio RodrÃguez singled, and then the big blow – Cal Raleigh homered, driving in two more runs to make it 6-0.Late Rally Falls Short 
We showed some fight in the 7th. After Tyler Soderstrom and Seth Brown got on base, Tyler Nevin doubled to drive them both in, getting us on the board at 6-2. In the 9th, Seth Brown doubled and Darell Hernaiz followed up with a two-run double to cut the deficit to 6-4. Unfortunately, Kyle McCann and Max Schuemann struck out to end the game. While it wasn't the outcome we hoped for, let's keep showing support and hope for a bounce-back in the next game!
