Brew Crew Homer Parade

What a game for our Brewers! 🎉 The gang was in top form, especially the unstoppable trio at the heart of our lineup. Starting in the 3rd inning, Caleb Durbin single-handedly kicked off the excitement with a single to left. Joey Ortiz then followed up with a massive two-run homer! 💥 Those bats sure are alive this season! Ending the inning with a 2-0 lead against the Pirates was just the beginning of our path to victory.

Onslaught in the 4th

Our offense exploded in the 4th inning. Following a walk by Isaac Collins and a bunt single by Brice Turang, the clutch power of Caleb Durbin shone yet again with another homer, bringing in three runs 😎. But we weren't done! Joey Ortiz came through with back-to-back homers, smacking another one deep into left center. These bats didn’t just show up; they came ready to dominate! That brought our lead to a comfortable 6-0.

Pirates Rally, but Brewers Finish Strong

The Pirates tried to fight back in the 6th, with Nick Gonzales smashing a three-run homer that brought the score to 7-3. But in our book, that was merely a small bump. Sal Frelick and the crew made sure to keep the pressure on, with Rhys Hoskins drawing a walk and Frelick eventually bringing in another run. Our bullpen, led by Anderson and Uribe, shut the Pirates down with some good ol’ swinging Ks in the 9th to secure a solid 9-3 win. ⚾

Brewers fans, let's savor this moment. Every player contributed, and it's this kind of teamwork that makes us believe more victories are on the horizon. Go Brew Crew! 🍻
