Fast forward to the bottom of the third inning, Geraldo Perdomo singled, allowing Corbin Carroll to dash home and secure a lead we wouldn't relinquish! An exciting fifth inning saw Carroll hit a spectacular homer to left field, followed by Perdomo and Naylor’s combined efforts widening the gap to 4-1, and then Lourdes Gurriel Jr. sealing the deal with another run to bring us to 5-1.Diamondbacks' Sturdy Defense and Pitching
