Padres Secure a 6-4 Victory Over the Orioles! 
What a game, Padres fans! Our boys fought hard and pulled off a thrilling 6-4 win against the Baltimore Orioles.Early Innings Struggle 
We had a slow start with a lot of quick outs in the first four innings. Luis Arraez, Jurickson Profar, and Jake Cronenworth all made contact but couldn't manage to get on base in the first inning. The Orioles also didn't capitalize, even after some early walks.Jordan Westburg got the Orioles on the board first with a solo homer in the second inning. We were still down 1-0, but our spirits remained high!
Sixth Inning Surge

Our bats came alive in the top of the 6th! Luis Arraez singled to center, and then, boom! Jurickson Profar smacked a 395-foot homer to right center, bringing us to a 2-2 tie. After a throwing error by Gunnar Henderson, Manny Machado got on base and Xander Bogaerts doubled to bring him home. Jackson Merrill followed up with another double, scoring Bogaerts and making it 4-2. What an inning! 
Eighth Inning Tension 
The Orioles tried to come back in the bottom of the 8th. Anthony Santander hit a monstrous 442-foot homer to left center, making it 4-3. Ryan O'Hearn doubled and later scored on a sacrifice fly, tying the game at 4-4. Our hearts were pounding! 
Profar’s Heroics in the Ninth 
Heading into the top of the 9th with the game tied, we needed someone to step up. Who else but Jurickson Profar? After Luis Campusano singled and Tyler Wade ran for him, Profar launched a 431-foot bomb to center, scoring Wade and putting us up 6-4! The crowd went wild! 
Closing It Out 
Kyle Higashioka took over catching duties, and Bryce Johnson moved to left field for the bottom of the 9th. Craig Kimbrel came in to close it out and did a fantastic job, getting Gunnar Henderson, Adley Rutschman, and Anthony Santander out to secure the win.We did it, Padres fans! What an all-around team effort. Let's keep this momentum going!
