What a rollercoaster of emotions today, folks. The Pirates put up a valiant fight but ultimately fell to the Padres 9-8 in a nail-biting 10 innings.Strong Start but Padres Answer Back
Andrew McCutchen and Bryan Reynolds both struck out in the first inning, but Isiah Kiner-Falefa and Rowdy Tellez came up big, giving us a 2-0 lead. Ke'Bryan Hayes and Yasmani Grandal also contributed, making it 3-1 Pirates by the end of the 2nd inning.Pirates Battle Despite Struggles

We tied it up in the 9th inning after Bryan Reynolds walked, scoring Oneil Cruz. The game extended into the 10th, where the Padres managed to score three more runs. A wild pitch in the bottom of the 10th allowed Michael A. Taylor to score, but we couldn't complete the comeback.Final Thoughts
