That 380-foot solo shot set the tone for the night. The team continued their momentum in the 3rd inning with Casey Schmitt delivering a grand slam moment—well, almost! With bases loaded, his monstrous 423-foot homer to left center brought in Jung Hoo Lee, Heliot Ramos, and Wilmer Flores, putting us ahead 5-1. Talk about clutch!

Our pitchers were sensational, successfully stifling the Dodgers' fierce lineup. Logan Webb spearheaded the defense, and his brilliance on the mound held the Dodgers to just 2 runs. The Dodgers struggled as they faced a mix of strikeouts and routine outs. Jason Rogers and Taylor Walker helped close the game out, ensuring no late drama from the Dodgers. Ohtani, Betts, and Freeman—some of the best hitters in the game today—were given no chance at all!

Andrew Knizner added an icing to the cake with a homer to center in the 8th inning, further extending our lead to 6-2. It was a perfect example of Giants' consistent offense meeting stellar defense. By the time the 9th inning rolled around, the result seemed inevitable, with the Giants strolling to victory, much to the delight of our devoted fans.
