Exciting Start by the Twins
What a game, Twins fans!
We took on the San Francisco Giants and didn't disappoint! Right from the get-go, Byron Buxton set the tone with an electrifying triple to center. With Trevor Larnach's single, Buxton scored, giving us an early lead that mirrored our positive start. 
Although Ty France lined into a double play, our early 1-0 lead set the perfect backdrop for the rest of the game! Steadfast Performance Continues
The Giants were thwarted continuously as our defense shone. But it wasn’t just defense; in the 4th inning, Carlos Correa was on fire, sending a single right through to bring France home after a thrilling steal. Our lead jumped to 2-0, and you could feel the crowd's energy!
Harrison Bader and Kody Clemens made sure to further capitalize on Giants’ mistakes in the following inning, leading to another score by Bader off an error by Giants’ left fielder, Heliot Ramos. Another run in, and we proudly pushed our lead to 3-0! 
Nail-Biting Finish
Though the Giants’ Matt Chapman homered in the 7th, bringing them their sole run, our pitching relief and defense held strong. Paddack, Varland, and Coulombe kept the Giants at bay and ensured no further threats. The game's final out saw Jung Hoo Lee flied out to left, sealing our victory at 3-1.
Another fantastic win for the Twins! Can't wait for what's to come in the season. Keep bringing that Twins magic!
