Fast forward to the 2nd inning, we leveled the score thanks to some clever base running from Alec Bohm and a defensive slip-up by the Giants. Edmundo Sosa clutching up with an infield single had us tying the game! Stealing bases became the theme, setting us up for what was to come.
Then came the glorious 3rd inning! Harper absolutely demolished a ball 410 feet for a 3-run homer, bringing in Schwarber and Realmuto. Bryson Stott didn't want to be left out, adding another run with a double that brought Nick Castellanos home. Suddenly, we were up 5-1, and Citizens Bank Park was ELECTRIC!
