A Rollercoaster at Citi Field 
Hey Mets fans, what a wild ride it was at Citi Field tonight! While the boys couldn't clinch the victory against the Mariners, they sure did put up a fierce fight. Despite falling short with an 11-9 loss, it was a game filled with excitement, hope, and some jaw-dropping plays.Offensive Highlights 
Let's start with the fireworks! Francisco Lindor was on fire, hitting two homers, including a two-run shot in the 4th inning that perked us all right up! Francisco Alvarez also flexed those muscles with a three-run homer in the 8th, showing why he's such a promising talent behind the plate. And let's not forget Juan Soto, who launched a solo blast in the 4th to get in on the home run party. It's performances like these that remind us of the potential this batting lineup holds.Pitching Struggles 
Unfortunately, our pitching staff had a tough night. The Mariners' lineup was relentless, with Cal Raleigh leading the charge, hitting a solo homer in the second and contributing crucial extra-base hits later in the game. The 7th inning was particularly challenging as the Mariners rallied, tallying four runs and overtaking the Mets. Our bullpen did its best to patch things up, but on nights like these, it just wasn't enough.Looking Ahead
