The action kicked off early with J.P. Crawford lacing a double to right, setting the table for what was going to be a thrilling inning. Then, Cal Raleigh stepped up to the plate and delivered a jaw-dropping 392-foot home run to right, bringing Crawford home and putting the Mariners up by 2 in the top of the 1st. Just when we thought the inning couldn’t get any better, Julio RodrĂguez sent a rocket to left center in the 3rd, scoring himself and Josh Rojas, doubling our lead to 4-0.
