A Thrilling Win for the Mets!
What a game, Mets fans!

Exciting Action on the Field
Both teams started strong defensively, holding each other scoreless for five innings. But things started to heat up in the bottom of the sixth inning. Alexander Canario walked and then stole second base, setting the stage for Pete Alonso.

Cardinals’ Late Push and Our Defense Holds Tight
Things got a bit tense in the 8th inning when the Cardinals' Leonardo Bernal hit a two-run homer, cutting our lead to 3-2. But let's tip our caps to our bullpen for keeping their composure and shutting the Cards down for the rest of the game. Special shoutout to D. Young for securing the final outs under pressure in the ninth. You could hear the collective sigh of relief mixed with cheers across the stadium.

Mets’ Solid Team Effort
Today’s victory was truly a team effort. From Travis Swaggerty’s speed on the bases to Alexander Canario’s dynamic play, the synergy was palpable. We also had some sharp fielding plays, including a double play courtesy of Donovan Walton and co. Defense wins games, and tonight it stood true! What a game, and what a win, Mets family! Let’s carry this momentum forward. Until next time, LGM!
