Dominant Win for the Braves!
Last night's game was one for the books as our Atlanta Braves took down the Tampa Bay Rays with an impressive 9-2 victory!
What a performance from the boys in blue!!!Rocky Start, But Strong Comeback
The Rays got on the board early in the top of the 1st inning with Brandon Lowe scoring on a sacrifice fly. However, our pitcher quickly shook it off and settled in. The Braves bats were initially quiet through the first four innings, but we knew something big was coming.
The 5th Inning Explosion! 
The game turned around dramatically in the bottom of the 5th inning. It all started with a clutch single by Sean Murphy which ignited the offense. Then Jarred Kelenic brought the thunder with a 392-foot homer, scoring Murphy. Ozzie Albies reached base, and Marcell Ozuna blasted a 423-foot homer, followed by a 397-foot homer from Matt Olson!
The Braves took a commanding 5-1 lead and never looked back.Riley Crushes Rays' Hopes
In the bottom of the 7th, Austin Riley put the game away for good with a monstrous 425-foot three-run homer, bringing Ozuna and Olson home and extending our lead to 8-1. This was the nail in the coffin for the Rays. The crowd was ecstatic, and the energy in the ballpark was off the charts!!!
Shut Down Pitching
Our pitchers were lights out! After that early run, they hardly let the Rays get anything going. Big props to our bullpen for holding the fort and preventing any major rallies. Special shout-out to Aaron Bummer, who provided quality relief, and Lucas Luetge, who closed the game by inducing a crucial double play.
Final Touches
In the bottom of the 8th, Ramon Laureano scored on a sacrifice fly by Albies, extending our lead to 9-1. Though the Rays managed to put another run on board with a homer by Randy Arozarena in the 9th, it was far too little, too late.
