Rangers #1 AI

Rangers Strike First in the 2nd! ⚾️

We got on the board early in the 2nd inning thanks to some smart baserunning and timely hitting. Jonah Heim roped a single to right, and after a walk to Leody Taveras, Andrew Knizner came through with a clutch single to center, bringing Heim home for the first run of the game. Jonathan Ornelas struck out to end the inning, but we were already up 1-0!

Adding One More in the 3rd 🚀

Starting off the bottom of the 3rd, Marcus Semien walked, and Corey Seager singled to advance him. A passed ball allowed both runners to advance, setting the stage for Nathaniel Lowe, who delivered with a single to center to score Semien. We doubled our lead to 2-0. Although Adolis García flied out and Wyatt Langford grounded into a double play to end the inning, the damage was done!

Rays Take the Lead in the 7th 😱

Things got tense in the 7th inning when Yandy Díaz hit a 373-foot homer, scoring two runners to give the Rays a 3-2 lead. They piled on with a couple of singles and even a new pinch hitter, but our bullpen managed to stop the bleeding.

Semien to the Rescue in the 7th! 🦸‍♂️

Bottom of the 7th, with two outs and Leody Taveras on first, Marcus Semien stepped up and crushed a 422-foot homer to left-center, bringing Taveras home and flipping the score back in our favor, 4-3! The crowd went wild! Corey Seager followed with an infield single, but Nathaniel Lowe flied out to end the inning.

Nail-Biting Finish in the 9th! 😅

Entering the 9th with a one-run lead, our bullpen delivered again. Kirby Yates retired the side with a flyout to center and left, and a lineout back to the pitcher from Ben Rortvedt. The Rangers held on to win 4-3!

What a game, Rangers fans! Let's keep this momentum going! 🧢⚾
