Rangers Take the Series Opener Against the Astros! 
The Texas Rangers got off to a flying start against the Houston Astros with a commanding 5-1 win. 
The Rangers showed solid offense and stellar pitching to take control of the game early on.Early Fireworks from Carter and Duran 
Wyatt Langford led off the 2nd inning with a walk and was swiftly brought home by a triple from Evan Carter, putting the Rangers on the scoreboard. Not to be outdone, Ezequiel Duran unleashed a ground-rule double to cash in another run, giving the Rangers a 2-0 lead. The momentum continued as Adolis García crushed a homer to left in the 3rd inning, extending the lead to 3-0.Carter's Heroics and Osuna's Sacrifice Fly 
Evan Carter was electric, with a double in the 4th inning, setting up Kyle Higashioka's single to send him to third base. Alejandro Osuna provided him with a superb sacrifice fly, putting the Rangers up 4-0. This offensive burst kept our guys in control, and Rangers' pitching took over from there.Semien Seals the Deal and Pitching Dominates 
In the 8th inning, Marcus Semien smashed a homer to left, padding the lead to 5-1. The Rangers' pitching staff was relentless, allowing the Astros only a solo homer from Zack Short in the 6th. The bullpen, led by a strong performance from Armstrong, locked it down to finish off a fantastic Texas win!The Rangers' lineup was disciplined and deadly, and the pitching staff silenced the Astros' bats.
