Rangers Win 4-2 Against Astros! 
What an incredible game, fellow Rangers fans! Our boys managed to secure a well-deserved 4-2 victory over the Houston Astros tonight. Let's dive into the action! 
️Fireworks Right From the Start 
We got off to a hot start in the top of the 1st inning. Marcus Semien singled to right, but was later thrown out at second. Then, Corey Seager managed to get to second base on a throwing error by Houston’s shortstop Jeremy Peña. That set the stage for Josh Smith, who blasted a two-run homer to right field to give us an early lead! 
Max Scherzer Holds Strong 
Max Scherzer was on point tonight, grounding out Jose Altuve, Alex Bregman, and getting Yordan Alvarez to fly out in the 1st. The Astros couldn’t muster any offense through their first two innings. Even though Jake Meyers managed to homer in the 3rd, Scherzer buckled down and kept the damage minimal. 
Smith's Second Blast 
The game stayed tight, but in the top of the 8th, Josh Smith came through once again. After Corey Seager walked, Smith smacked another homer to right field, making it two for the night and giving us a more comfortable 4-1 lead. Two key hits from the same player? Talk about clutch performances! 
Bullpen Shuts Down the Astros 
Our bullpen was lights out! José Leclerc and Jake Latz kept the Astros bats silent through critical moments. And when John Singleton managed to walk in the 9th and eventually score, it was Glenn Otto (edited) who shut the door on Houston's hopes, ending the game with a solid groundout.Big Win for the Rangers! 
This victory was a total team effort, highlighted by heroics from Josh Smith and great pitching. With each game, we're proving that we're a force to be reckoned with! Next up, let's continue this momentum and show the league what the Rangers are made of!
