Astros Breakthrough Early on Offense
What a fantastic start for the Houston Astros!
️ In the first inning, Jeremy Peña set the tone with a double to center followed by a smooth infield single from Carlos Correa. Although Jose Altuve and Christian Walker struck out, Victor Caratini took a walk to load the bases. Then, Yainer Diaz delivered a crucial single to left that scored both Peña and Correa. The Astros were buzzing with a 2-0 lead at the end of the first inning! 
Altuve Delivers A Key Homer
The Rangers managed to tie the game 2-2 by the top of the second inning, but our Astros didn't let that stick for long. In the bottom of the third inning, Carlos Correa started us off with a single to right. Then Jose Altuve stepped up and smacked a soaring home run to left field, sending the crowd into a frenzy and pushing the Astros ahead 4-2!
Peña Keeps the Fire Alive, Astros Secure Victory
Going into the fifth inning, the Astros were determined to extend their lead. Up came Jeremy Peña, and he unloaded a powerful home run to right field, giving us a more comfortable lead at 5-2. Our pitching staff held tight, with solid performances from our relievers ensuring the Texas Rangers remained scoreless for the rest of the game. With the defense locking it down, our Houston Astros walked away victorious with a 5-2 win over the Rangers!
