Tough Start for the Pirates
Hey there, fellow Pirates fans!

A Glimmer of Hope
Fast forward to the bottom of the 4th with the score holding at 3-0 due to a homer by Adolis García. The Pirates managed to find some rhythm as Nick Gonzales singled to ignite our offense. It was followed by back-to-back singles by Spencer Horwitz and Joey Bart, bringing Gonzales across the plate for the Pirates’ first run. Then, a clutch single by Jared Triolo loaded the bases before Adam Frazier sent one into right field, allowing Horwitz to score, pulling us back into the game at 2-3. Unfortunately, Alexander Canario struck out to end what was a promising inning.
Rangers Close the Door
Our hopes for a comeback dwindled as the Rangers’ offense continued to pressure. Corey Seager hit a homer in the 5th, and after another RBI by Adolis García in the 7th extended their lead, the Pirates were trailing 5-2. We saw some relief pitching changes but couldn’t stop the bleeding entirely. The Rangers added one more in the 9th before closing out the game. Our heroes couldn't rally in the final innings, despite a respectable fight to load the bases in the 8th.
While it wasn't the best outcome, we take today’s lessons to heart and gear up for the next showdown. Let's keep the faith and support our Buccos!
