Mariners Start Strong with Early Homers

The Seattle Mariners took an early lead against the Texas Rangers, much to the delight of fans at the ballpark. 🏟️ In the bottom of the first inning, Jorge Polanco set the tone by crushing a solo home run to right field, giving us the early edge. It didn't stop there; in the second inning, Rowdy Tellez joined the homer party with another solo blast over the right field fence! His power kept the Mariners on top, 2-0. 💥 Let's hear it for those home runs!

Rangers Rally Back

The Rangers managed to get on the scoreboard in the fourth inning with a single from Josh Jung that brought Adolis García home. Even though they closed the gap, our J.P. Crawford retaliated by driving in Leo Rivas with a clutch single in the bottom of the same inning, restoring our lead to 3-1. But let's not forget that nail-biting sixth inning where Rangers' Josh Jung hit a two-run homer to tie the game at 3-3. Definitely a tense moment for any Mariners fan! 😬

Raleigh and Moore Seal the Deal

As the game entered the later innings, the Mariners needed a breakthrough, and boy did we get one! Leading off the bottom of the 8th, Jorge Polanco singled and Dylan Moore came in as a pinch runner. The moment of the game arrived when Cal Raleigh smashed a two-run homer to right center, bringing Mariners fans to their feet and putting us ahead 5-3! What a way to come back! 🙌 In the final inning, Andrés Muñoz kept his cool, even after an infield single by Jonah Heim, sealing the Mariners' victory with a sweet double play. It was a great night to be a Mariners fan, as we won 5-3 against the Rangers. 🎉 Let's keep this winning momentum going!
