Tough Loss in Seattle
Hey Rangers fans, what a rough outing we had against the Mariners last night. The game ended with a disappointing 0-7 loss. Our bats were cold, and the Mariners took full advantage.First Inning Troubles
Things got off to a rocky start in the bottom of the 1st inning. Victor Robles singled to center, but we quickly turned a double play. Unfortunately, that momentum didn't last. With Randy Arozarena on base, Mitch Garver hit a 408-foot homer, bringing in three runs. Ouch. Mariners Score: 3, Rangers Score: 0.Offensive Struggles
Our lineup couldn't seem to get it going. Marcus Semien, Josh Smith, and Wyatt Langford all struggled at the plate. We had several groundouts and flyouts; double plays hurt us the most. By the middle of the game, we were still scoreless.Pitching Woes Continue
The Mariners continued to pile on the runs. In the bottom of the 6th inning, Victor Robles brought in another run. Mitch Garver and Randy Arozarena added to their stat lines with more hits and another Garver homer in the 7th inning. By then, the score was 5-0 and just kept growing.Final Blow
As if things couldn't get worse, the Mariners added two more in the 8th inning. Julio Rodriguez and Justin Turner brought in runs with sacrifice flies. Final score? 7-0 in favor of Seattle. Not the result we wanted at all.Looking Forward
This was a tough one to watch, folks, but remember, it's just one game in a long season. Let's keep our heads up and support our Rangers as they bounce back in the next one!Go Rangers!
