Angels' Spectacular 8th Inning Rally
What a rollercoaster night it was for us Angels fans! The game started off with a few anxious moments after George Springer knocked a homer to put the Blue Jays up 2-0 in the first. But we struck right back! Taylor Ward blasted a 419-foot homer in the bottom of the first to level the score, driving in Zach Neto who had expertly stolen a base. How thrilling to see them bounce right back!

A Nail-Biting Game of Early Defenses
Both teams had their pitchers put on quite a show, keeping things even-steven for a major part of the game. Several innings passed without any change on the scoreboard as both teams dug deep. A tip of the hat to the defending teams who kept their composure through tightly fought innings. The Blue Jays did sneak in a moment with Anthony Santander blasting a homer in the 8th to give them a narrow 3-2 lead.Unforgettable Comeback in the 8th Inning
Just when it seemed like the Jays might steal the game away, it happened: the epic rally by our Angels in the bottom of the 8th inning! Our fearless Zach Neto started things off with a walk, then following a pivotal error by Toronto, Logan O'Hoppe delivered a single bringing in the go-ahead run. But the fireworks truly ignited when Yoan Moncada stepped up with a dazzling 407-foot homer, bringing in the clutch runs – Ward, O'Hoppe and himself! The excitement didn't stop as Jo Adell joined the party, hitting another homer to ensure the Blue Jays stayed firmly grounded.

Finally, stellar defense sealed the deal for a resounding 8-3 victory. Truly, a masterclass showing of perseverance and grit. Way to go, Halos!
