Big Win for the D-backs!
What an exciting game as our Arizona Diamondbacks took on the Miami Marlins and walked away with a comfortable 10-4 victory!
Early Lead & Key Plays
The action really kicked off in the top of the 2nd when Alek Thomas showed his hustle with a single and advanced to third on a throwing error. With Garrett Hampson securing a walk, Corbin Carroll set the stage with a crucial double, driving in our first run. But the highlight of the inning was Geraldo Perdomo's 407-foot homer scoring three more runs!
In the 3rd inning, Josh Naylor added to the excitement with a solo homer to extend our lead to 5-1. Our bats were on fire as Gabriel Moreno and Corbin Carroll delivered critical hits in the 6th, with Carroll's homer bringing in four more runs! It's clear, Carroll was in the zone tonight!

Dominant Pitching & Defense
Our pitching squad held strong throughout the game. Mantiply and Miller both held the Marlins scoreless during their pitching stints. Even though the Marlins managed to sneak in some runs in the late innings, thanks to a couple of doubles by their players, our bullpen pulled through admirably. The decision to bring in Jarvis in the 9th sealed the deal against Miami, despite them adding another run to their total.Shout-out to Our Stars
Tonight’s game was a fantastic reflection of team energy and cohesion. Special shoutouts to Corbin Carroll and Geraldo Perdomo for their stellar performances at the plate. Also, props to our bullpen, keeping those bats quiet when it counted most. With everyone firing on all cylinders, it sure feels great to be a Diamondbacks fan! Let's keep riding this momentum! Go D-backs!
