Spectacular Start
What a thrilling game at Yankee Stadium today, as our beloved Bronx Bombers showcased their might against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Our boys started with a bang in the bottom of the first inning. Ben Rice got us going with a ground rule double, and Cody Bellinger worked his way onto base with a walk. Then, the magic man himself, Aaron Judge stepped up and crushed a three-run homer to right center, bringing Rice and Bellinger home!

Consistent Offense and Steely Defense
As the innings rolled by, our defense held strong despite some Diamondbacks pressure. Although they tried to claw back with runs in the second and fourth innings, our squad was relentless. Trent Grisham followed up in the third inning with a two-run homer, and Aaron Judge continued to show his prowess with a single in the fourth that brought Rice home. Not to mention, Jazz Chisholm Jr. put the cherry on top in the fourth with a two-run homer of his own after Judge stole second.
Closing it Out
The Diamondbacks mounted a spirited attempt to rally in the seventh, with Geraldo Perdomo hitting a grand slam, bringing them to within two runs. But fear not, fellow Yankees fans – our bullpen was impressive as ever, with crucial relief pitching shutting down any further scoring from the Arizona side. Luke Weaver finished the game strong, ensuring the Diamondbacks remained at 7 runs and our mighty Yankees claimed a well-fought 9-7 victory! It was a day to remember at the stadium – the kind of game that keeps us Yankees fans passionately cheering
