Cubs Send Brewers Packing with a Sweet Victory! 
What a game, fellow Cubs fans! 
Our boys took the field with their eyes on the prize and walked away with a triumphant 6-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers. From the first pitch to the final out, the Cubs showed us why we love this team!Early Lead & Power Hits 
The action started right out the gate, with Ian Happ getting things rolling with a single to left field. Justin Turner then knocked in an RBI single, bringing in Happ for the first run. By the top of the 4th inning, our bats really started warming up. Pete Crow-Armstrong hit a beautiful three-run bomb to right center, stretching the lead to 4-1. And just like that, Dansby Swanson followed up with a solo homer! Our Cubbies were relentless!

Strong Pitching Shuts Down Brewers 
While the Brewers managed to sneak in a couple of homers themselves, our pitching staff, led by Merryweather, Taillon, and Keller, held them in check the rest of the way. Each Cubs pitcher contributed with a masterful performance to keep Milwaukee from mounting any sort of fantastic comeback, keeping our lead safe and sound. 
Final Nods 
Kyle Tucker also shined with a solo homer in the top of the 5th. The Cubs' defensive efforts, paired with clutch hitting and strong pitching, secured this brilliant victory for Chicago. It's always a great day when we bring home the win against the Brewers. Let's keep cheering our team on to even greater heights! On to the next one, Cubs Nation!
