What a game, Reds fans! Today our boys put their heart and soul on the field and came out victorious with an 8-4 win over the Detroit Tigers. It was a rollercoaster ride from the get-go, but the team showed resilience and determination to seal the win by the final inning.A Game of Ups and Downs
The game began on a slow note, with both teams delivering a scoreless first two innings. However, the tide started to shift in the 3rd inning when the Tigers' Jahmai Jones hit a solo home run, bringing them ahead 1-0. But our Tyler Stephenson didn't let that last long! In the 4th inning, he made a crucial single to bring Elly De La Cruz home, leveling the field.As the game entered the 7th inning, the excitement doubled! Despite the Tigers briefly taking the lead, the Reds were quick to retaliate in the top of the 8th. T.J. Friedl, Elly De La Cruz, and Gavin Lux orchestrated a comeback, turning the tide in our favor with a burst of runs thanks to key hits and pivotal sacrifices, leaving us ahead 6-4 by the inning's end.

We entered the 9th inning on fire! Elly De La Cruz, add this name to the list of heroes from this match, struck a stunning 2-run home run extending our lead to 8-4, putting the Tigers on the back foot. Reds' bullpen showed no mercy, shutting down the Tigers in the bottom of the 9th, with Tony Santillan striking out the last batter and clinching the well-deserved victory for our Reds.Overall, an unforgettable win which showcased our determination, teamwork, and passion for the game.
