Guardians vs. Angels: A Big Win for the Halo!
What an exciting game last night! The Angels pulled off a commanding win against the Cleveland Guardians with a final score of 6-2. The atmosphere was electric at Angel Stadium, as our boys put on a show. Let's dive into the highlights!

In the bottom of the second, Logan O'Hoppe sparked things off with a booming homer to left-center, tying the game 1-1. Not long after, Kyren Paris showed off his speed with a single, followed by a successful steal of second base. He later scored, thanks to a clutch hit by Tim Anderson, putting us in the lead at 2-1. Just the kind of start we needed!
Middle Innings Dominance
The Guardians managed to tie it up in the fourth with a solo shot by Kyle Manzardo, but our response was fierce! Jorge Soler brought the magic in the bottom of the sixth inning with a solo homer of his own. That swing gave us a 3-2 lead, and the confidence surged through the dugout.
In the seventh, quick base-running by Jo Adell and a heads-up sacrifice fly by Luis Rengifo stretched our lead to 4-2. Mike Trout added to the pressure with an intentional walk, followed by another sacrifice fly from Soler, which extended our cushion to 5-2. The angels were definitely soaring!

Into the eighth inning, Kyren Paris once again delighted the crowd with a massive 434-foot home run.
That shot nearly sealed the deal, bumping our lead to 6-2 and leaving the Guardians with little hope.The game concluded with Kenley Jansen taking care of business on the mound, showcasing some top-tier pitching in the ninth and getting the job done with ease.
