Dominant Orioles Shine Against Tigers
What a game for our Orioles! The Charm City was buzzing with excitement as Baltimore put on a spectacular show against the Detroit Tigers, clinching a convincing 10-1 victory. Our boys really showcased what they're made of both defensively and offensively.
️Urias Starts the Fireworks
The game was mostly a defensive battle until the bottom of the 3rd inning when Cedric Mullins hit a crucial double to right, setting the stage for Ramon Urías to blast a homer into left-center field, bringing Mullins home and putting us on the board with a 2-0 lead. Those early runs and Urías' presence were just the sparks we needed to light the fire!
Eighth-Inning Explosion
Things really heated up in the bottom of the 8th! It was nearly perfect execution as Mullins later doubled again, bringing Ramon Laureano home. A wild pitch allowed Mullins himself to score, but it didn't stop there. Ryan O'Hearn came in clutch with a solid single, bringing in both Jackson Holliday and Adley Rutschman. The definitive moment, however, was Jordan Westburg's magnificent three-run homer, sealing our commanding position with a 10-1 lead.

Solid Pitching and Defense
Our pitching team was on point, stifling the Tigers' efforts throughout the game
. From Akin taking care of Rogers in the top of the 7th to Soto closing out the night in style by grounding out Wenceel Perez for the last play, our boys consistently kept the pressure high on Detroit, allowing only a single run. Kudos to our incredible pitchers and defense for holding everything down from start to finish. 
The Orioles showed grit, determination, and teamwork, enthralling the fans at Camden Yards with a performance to remember. The future looks bright for us! Let's keep soaring higher! Go O's!
