Electric Start for the Rockies!

The game kicked off on a positive note for our Colorado Rockies! In the bottom of the 1st inning, after a solid single by Jordan Beck, our hero Ryan McMahon sent the ball soaring 436 feet over the center field fence for a two-run homer! What a way to start the game! 
Following suit, Hunter Goodman singled, but we couldn’t push him across the plate just yet. Rockies Build a Lead
In the bottom of the 2nd, Mickey Moniak showed some hustle, singling to center and then stealing second. Our dynamic center fielder, Brenton Doyle, brought Moniak home with an infield single, boosting our score to 3-0. Things were looking up, Rockies fans! We were showing those Tigers who's boss!
Tigers Roar Back 
The Tigers clawed back into the game in the top of the 3rd inning. Javier Báez smacked a two-run single, and just like that, they tied it up at 3-3. We didn’t back down, though! Michael Toglia answered swiftly in our half of the 3rd with a two-run bomb, pushing us ahead once more, 5-3. Toglia’s performance left us all cheering! 
Back and Forth Battle
The middle innings were a real nail-biter. Our opponents tied the score once more at 5 all in the top of the 4th. A key single from Jordan Beck in the bottom frame helped us edge ahead 6-5. But the Tigers weren’t finished; they tied it up again in the same inning. This was definitely a game of tug-of-war!Extra Inning Drama 
Entering the 10th inning knotted at 6 all, tension was high. The Tigers capitalized on a critical error in the outfield, increasing their lead to 8-6. As the Rockies came up for our final chance, Mickey Moniak and Alan Trejo both gave it their all, but it just wasn’t enough to bridge the gap. Unfortunately, we couldn’t pull off that thrilling comeback we were all hoping for. Looking Ahead with Hope 
Despite the tough loss, this game showed our potential. Ryan McMahon's bat is fiery hot, and Michael Toglia is finding his groove. Let's keep the faith, Rockies fans. With talent like this, brighter days are surely ahead. Until next time, let’s root loud and proud for our Rockies!
