Tigers Triumph Over Royals! 
What a game for our Detroit Tigers! We managed to secure a victory against the Kansas City Royals with a final score of 4-2. The game was an absolute thrill from start to finish, but it was the Grind City spirit of our boys that led us to this hard-fought win. Let's dive into the highlights! 
Strong Start and Big Plays!
The first inning was a quiet one with both teams unable to score. However, it was Jake Rogers who ignited the spark in the 3rd inning by doubling to left, bringing in Javier Báez for the first run of the night! The Royals tied it quickly, but leave it to Spencer Torkelson to fire back with a massive homer in the 4th that put us ahead. The Tigers were roaring!
Closing the Game with Strength! 
As the game went on, the Royals attempted a comeback, but Alex Lange and our bullpen made sure to hold them down. In the 8th inning, a crucial moment came when Andy Ibáñez stepped up and nailed a clutch homer to further extend our lead to 4-2!
