A Victorious Night for the Phillies!
What a game, Phillies fans!

1st and 2nd Innings - Steady Beginnings
The game kicked off with the Royals taking an early lead, thanks to Bobby Witt Jr.'s steal and score. But Rafael Marchán responded in the bottom of the 2nd with a sac fly, allowing Otto Kemp to cross home plate and tie the score, 1-1.

Phillies Take Charge in the 3rd Inning
Our power duo, Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper, ignited the spark, with Bryce Harper blasting a homer to bring us ahead 3-1. Brandon Marsh and Otto Kemp kept the momentum going, pushing the score to 4-1 by the end of the inning.
Momentum Builds in the 4th and 5th Innings
The 4th inning saw the Phillies extend the lead to a commanding 6-1. Harrison Bader hit a double, driving in Marchán, followed by Schwarber who doubled to bring home Bader. Our defense stayed rock solid, keeping the Royals at bay.
Stott Seals The Deal in the 7th
After keeping the Royals scoreless in the top of the 6th, it was Bryson Stott's turn to shine! His homer in the 7th brought in Weston Wilson, padding our lead further to 8-2. It pretty much sealed the deal for our Phillies.

Closing It Out in Style
The Phillies held the Royals scoreless in the remaining innings, thanks to outstanding pitching and tight defense. Huge shoutout to our relief pitchers who kept the Royals off-balance and closed the door on their hopes of a comeback.
Talk about a complete team effort, Phillies fans! Whether through powerful hits or strong pitching performances, our boys showed once again why they're a force to be reckoned with. Can’t wait for the next game!
