Dodgers Dominate in Miami!
What a fantastic game for the Dodgers, taking a commanding 10-1 victory over the Marlins. Our boys started a bit slow, but once they got rolling, there was no stopping them! As always, it's a great day to be a Dodgers fan.
Early Inning Blues
The game started off with both teams struggling a bit to find their rhythm. In the first five innings, even though Shohei Ohtani showed his patience at the plate with two walks, the scoreboard remained untouched. Our bats seemed a bit quiet until that explosive sixth inning! Ohtani’s triple to right was the spark we needed, and Freddie Freeman drove him home to open the scoring for us. The Seventh-Inning Surge
The seventh inning was where it all came alive, folks! James Outman walked his way on base, followed by a brilliant sequence of plays. Freddie Freeman then smashed a bases-clearing triple, bringing the score to 6-0. Our favorite, Andy Pages, wasn't far behind, driving in Freeman. We were dominating with a great balance of patience and power at the plate, making it a nightmare inning for the Marlins pitching staff.Closing with a Bang
As if that wasn't enough, James Outman sealed the deal in the ninth with a massive 416-foot homer to center, driving in three more runs and putting the game far out of the Marlins’ reach. The defense stayed strong, only allowing a lone run in the ninth. Way to hold it down, team! This game was a testament to the depth and resilience of our roster with stars like Ohtani, Freeman, and Outman shining brightly. Let’s keep this momentum rolling into our next series! Go Dodgers!
