Yankee Bats on Fire from the Start! 
Yankees fans, what a thrilling game it was as we faced off against the Twins! 
The Pinstripes came out swinging right from the top of the first inning. Trent Grisham and Aaron Judge started the momentum with back-to-back singles, and Cody Bellinger drove in the first run, making it 1-0. Then, our powerhouse Giancarlo Stanton brought in Judge with a sacrifice fly. By the end of the first, it was already 2-0! 
Taking the Lead and Running with It 
In the second inning, Anthony Volpe doubled and Austin Wells followed with another double to score Volpe. Grisham launched a homer to right field, making the score a comfortable 5-1. Not stopping there, Stanton drove in another run in the same inning. The Yankees were truly sensational at the plate, ending the inning with a commanding 6-1 lead. By the third inning, the Yanks extended it to 9-1, thanks to a series of strategic hits and smart plays. 
Holding Strong Until the End
Though the Twins rallied with a fight, scoring incrementally in the 5th and 6th innings, our Yankees' stability held firm. Yankees pitching managed to keep the lead, despite a late push from the Twins reducing our upper hand. Paul Goldschmidt and David Bednar made crucial appearances to ensure the Yankees walked away victorious. Trevor Larnach's late homer made it closer, but didn’t shake us! The final score of 10-9 is a testament to our boys’ resilience and teamwork. 
Overall, the Yankees showed their prowess both at bat and in play execution. Keep that Bronx Bomber energy alive! Onward to the next victory. Let's go Yankees!
