Early Lead Gives Yankees Fans Hope
We Yankees fans were brimming with excitement right from the get-go! Paul Goldschmidt started us off with a bang, homering to left field with a massive 419-foot shot.

The Rollercoaster Continues
The excitement was palpable as we extended our lead in the 2nd inning. Austin Wells got on base, and Goldschmidt continued to shine with a double. Rosario and Bellinger then contributed with timely singles, putting us ahead 3-0. However, the Rangers struck back fiercely with a thrilling flurry in their half of the inning, pushing the score to an even 4-3 in their favor.
Giancarlo Stanton then delivered a clutch homer in the 4th, moving us back in front at 5-4! His 427-foot moonshot reminded us all why he's such a formidable presence at the plate.

A Tough 9th and 10th Inning Heartbreaker
The game really kept us on a knife-edge, and it was the 9th inning that threw us for a loop. Despite managing to hold a slim 5-4 lead thanks to excellent pitching by Doval and Bednar, the Rangers tied it up with a Joc Pederson homer. That one stung.
Heading into extra innings with hope, our offense couldn't quite capitalize, and the Rangers took full advantage. In the bottom of the 10th, Josh Jung hit a devastating three-run homer that concluded the game at 8-5. A difficult pill to swallow for sure, but we'll regroup and come back stronger! Onward and upward, Yankees fans!
