What a game, everyone! Our beloved San Francisco Giants took on the Colorado Rockies and emerged victorious with a 10-8 win. It was a rollercoaster evening, with the Giants showing their grit, tenacity, and power at Coors Field. The game started off with a quiet first inning, but it didn't take long for the fireworks to begin. Credit goes to Matt Chapman for launching a solo homer in the second inning to break the deadlock. He wasn't done there, smacking another homer later in the sixth inning to put some serious cushion between us and the Rockies. Wilmer Flores and Drew Gilbert also joined the party, with solid plays throughout the game, including Gilbert's own homer in the seventh inning. Despite a late attempt from Colorado in the ninth, our pitching held firm. Credit to the staff for quieting the storm when the Rockies tried to surge.
