Mariners' Explosive Start ⚾

What a game, Mariners fans! The opening inning set the tone for what would be an exciting day at the ballpark in Toronto. In the top of the 1st, Randy Arozarena showed resilience as he got hit by a pitch, only for Cal Raleigh to draw a walk right after. And BAM! 🚀 Julio Rodríguez had the fans on their feet with a sensational 370-foot home run to left! It wasn’t long before the Mariners took a 3-0 lead as Raleigh and Arozarena scored.

Mano a Mano with the Jays 🤜🤛

The Blue Jays fought back in the bottom of the 1st to make it 3-2. But our guys held their ground and wouldn't go down without a fight. George Springer doubled and moments later, two runs were swiftly allowed due to some wobbly throws. Still, our Mariners kept their heads up! The 2nd inning saw the Jays tying the game 3-3, but the Mariners' defense held steady.

Striking Back 🏹

Fast forward to the 5th inning: Jorge Polanco stepped up and delivered with a towering 400-foot homer to center field, bringing in Arozarena and Raleigh to score. Bam, back in the lead! A sweet 6-3 advantage was ours. By the 6th inning, J.P. Crawford further strengthened our charge, making it 7-3.

Sealing The Victory 🔒

The Mariners were relentless in the 7th inning. Josh Naylor crushed a two-run homer to right, extending our lead further to 9-3. Then Crawford showed off with a sacrifice fly, bringing Eugenio Suárez home. By the end of that inning, it was a resounding 10-3. Our defense fired on all cylinders, ensuring no further runs from the Jays. In the 9th, a double play clinched our victory, marking another fantastic performance for the Mariners. 🎉

Let's savor this grand win and keep the spirits high, Mariners fans! Go Seattle! 🌊💙
