Brave Start, Quiet Middle
The game started with the Cardinals taking an early lead in the top of the first inning. Nolan Arenado doubled to bring home Nolan Gorman, making it 0-1 in favor of the Cardinals. Our boys, the Atlanta Braves, started strong with Michael Harris II reaching on an infield single, but were unable to capitalize on that early momentum in the first inning. Despite attempts, we couldn’t get anyone home through the second and third innings, as the Cardinals' defense remained tight.
A Roaring Comeback
With the game edging into the later innings, things heated up in the 7th inning. After Stuart Fairchild hit for Jarred Kelenic, Nick Allen doubled to left. Michael Harris II came through with a crucial single to right field, scoring Allen and finally putting us on the scoreboard, tying the game 1-1. This was the beginning of something spectacular.
Winning with a Bang
In the dramatic 8th inning, the Braves finally advanced to take a solid lead. After Matt Olson singled and Ozzie Albies followed with another single, Eli White delivered the game-winning hit. CRACK! He sent a soaring homer over left field, scoring Olson and Albies, which pushed us ahead 4-1. What a spectacular moment to witness! Cheers erupted as we could feel the victory surging our way.

Sweet Victory
The game concluded with the Braves securing a 4-1 victory over the Cardinals. The relief pitching effectively kept the Cardinals' bats silent in the 9th, with Masyn Winn's single in the final inning as their only bid. Our defense was strong, and our offense caught fire at the perfect moment. The perfect ending to a nail-biting game! Go Braves!
