Well folks, what a nail-biting game it was today as the Texas Rangers managed to edge out a 1-0 victory over the Cincinnati Reds!

Offensively, it was quiet for both sides, but the highlight of the day came in the 4th inning. Joc Pederson managed an infield single, and following that, Josh Smith belted a double to center, bringing Pederson home for the winning score!

You have to applaud our pitching staff, who were instrumental in maintaining the slim lead. With each inning, they got the job done. Jake Leiter, Webb, and the relief crew, including R. Garcia, Martin, and closed out by Jackson, all contributed to this shutout performance against a Reds lineup that just couldn't break through. Special mentions to the defense as well, who were sharp and focused throughout the game.
